Mr. Courtenay L. Park is a full-time lecturer at the University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT), Eastern Caribbean Institute of Agriculture and Forestry (ECIAF) campus since April 2009. One of the courses which he delivers is Wildlife Management, for which he has been an occasional facilitator since January 2003. He was an external (part time lecturer) lecturer at ECIAF from January 2001 to March, 2009.
Mr. Park holds a Diploma in Forestry from ECIAF, a Bachelors Degree and a Masters degree in Forest Resources Management from Southern Illinois University, U.S.A. He also holds a Certificate in Geographic and Land Information Systems.
Prior to starting his tenure at the UTT, Mr. Park worked in the Wildlife Section of the Forestry Division and was involved in management and research projects. In more recent years, Mr. Park has worked as an Assistant Conservator of Forests in several conservancy districts in charge of managing all aspects of forests resources under the jurisdiction of the Forestry Division. He now sits as a Council Member for the Zoological Society of Trinidad & Tobago (ZSTT) Inc.
